Our Promise to You
Cigars, like whiskey, wine and song, are inherently subjective in nature. Everyone has a preference. As a small Veteran owned and operated business, we are limited in our lines. With your help we will continue to offer more selection in both size and blends. We will be on guard for the best products, sizes and blends for our community. If you prefer something we don’t have, please let us know so we can help figure out what our community is wanting. After all, every good Warfighter continually evaluates their surroundings!
If, for any reason other than preference, you do not have a positive experience with any of our sticks, let us know and we will replace it. As a handmade product, a small amount may have a defect which is not obvious to us as it leaves. Everyone who has smoked cigars with any regularity knows that, even with the most expensive cigars, defects appear. It is the nature of the beast. If the problem can’t be resolved with some of the tricks of the trade, then you let us know and we will replace it. If you can send a photo of the stick so we can see, that will help us know what to look for. We want your experience with Warfighter to be as pleasant as it can be.
We strive to bring you quality handmade cigars that are in good condition when they get to you. Cigars, however, do have a shelf life if they are not properly stored. Like your weapon, if you don't properly maintain it--sucks for you. Please see our Blog for tips and tactics regarding cigar care, cigar basic training, and other good information.
XIKAR Products:
Xikar has their own lifetime warranty. If you have a problem, head to their website and arrange to send it back. They will square you away. We recommend registering their products as they may send you cool stuff. If you prefer, you may return Xikar products to us and we will deal with Xikar directly. Understand that may increase the time it takes for service, but if you don't mind, we don't mind.
